Patrick Saade will take over as head of JLL’s Global Hotels Desk, the commercial real estate company announced Wednesday.
The desk is part of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group, which Saade has been a part of for 13 years. The Global Hotels Desk connects interested investors with hotels and hospitality assets for sale and operates in more than 10 markets.
“JLL has been the market leader in global hotel transactions,” Richard Bloxam, global CEO of capital markets, said in a statement. “The appointment of Patrick Saade to lead our Global Hotels Desk reflects his exceptional contribution and contacts, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to connecting clients with capital.”
“The future of the hospitality sector looks bright, with investors actively seeking dynamic opportunities,” Saade said.
Previously, Saade was senior managing director of EMEA hotels capital markets for JLL.
In August, JLL Hotels & Hospitality group’s CEO, Gilda Perez-Alvarado, left the company to become group chief strategy officer at Accor.
