Omni Hotels & Resorts named former Accor executive Adam Hayashi as chief revenue officer, the company announced Monday.
Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the role, Hayashi is tasked with driving Omni’s strategic goals of maximizing topline revenue performance and capturing greater market share, the company detailed in a release.
Hayashi joins Omni from French hospitality company Accor, where he most recently served as global vice president of revenue management, distribution and business intelligence. In that role, he supported more than 120 hotels across Accor’s Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts brands.
Hayashi also currently serves on the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s Americas board as well as IDeaS’ customer advisory board.
With expertise that extends beyond traditional revenue management, including across food and beverage, spa and events, Hayashi will “contribute to Omni’s success as we continue to expand our revenue goals and footprint throughout the industry,” Omni Chief Commercial Officer Jeff Doane said in a statement. Hayashi will report directly to Doane.
Hayashi’s appointment comes on the heels of several other notable hospitality executive changes that occurred in the first quarter of this year.
In September, Omni Hotels & Resorts named Annette Bales vice president of sales.
